MARKETING SERVICES

Purpose:

The District is soliciting proposals for marketing services to publicize and strengthen the brand of the District as well as its individual schools and special programs. Specifically, the goal is to increase student enrollment at schools with room for growth by attracting students to enroll from surrounding areas as well as enrolling students living within district boundaries that are not currently attending district schools. Any marketing contract entered into after review of proposals will be expected to produce results of increased enrollment with verifiable data to support a conclusion that the new enrollment was a direct result of the marketing campaign.

Background:

The Cajon Valley Union School District (“District”) is located in Eastern San Diego County, California. The District has approximately 16,754 TK-8th grade students in addition to 720 preschool students. This District is made up of 19 elementary schools, 6 middle schools, a Special Education school, Empower Academy, and a Home School program.

Scope of Work:

The District is open to any variety of marketing tactics with proven success for increasing student enrollment, including: Social Media, YouTube, Radio, Mailings, Telephone & Email messages, Online and/or Paper Advertisements, etc. Vendor is to propose their recommended scope of work based upon the District’s size, location, population, and any other relevant factors. All marketing materials will require pre-approval by District prior to public release.
