Oregon Health Issues Social Media RFP
Marion County Health Department has issued an RFP for a social media agency.
Purpose
The Marion County Health Department is soliciting written quotes from vendors for: Project that includes production of two (2) social media campaigns, including both graphics and videos. Project includes two (2) days of video shooting as well as video editing and posting including boosts. Project also includes publishing a minimum of four local newspaper ads in Silverton, OR with similar messages to the video campaign supporting anti-youth tobacco initiation.
Scope of Work
Produce (3) three, 1 to 2 minute videos with Silverton Together Coalition. Project includes:
· Video shoot with a variety of coalition members in Silverton
· Work with the Silverton Together Coalition and Marion County Public Health (MCPH) to compose talking points using anti- youth tobacco initiation messaging
· Pre-production planning (as needed) and post production meetings in Woodburn with MCPH
· Prepare videos for use on Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms
· Implement a Facebook boost plan and target the Silverton area (include cost of boost)
Produce (4) four, 1 to 2 minute videos regarding Smoke/Tobacco free Marion County/City of Salem Parks:
· Video shoot with a variety of coalition members in Marion County/City of Salem Parks
· Pre-production planning (as needed) and post production meetings in Woodburn with MCPH
· Work with the MCPH to compose talking points promoting the Smoke/Tobacco Free parks in Marion County and Salem
· Prepare videos for use on Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms
· Implement a Facebook boost plan and target the Marion County and Salem areas (include cost of boost)
Publish a minimum of four (4) local newspaper ads in Silverton with similar messages to the video campaign supporting anti-youth tobacco initiation.
· Include design and placement.
· Work with MCPH on ad design. (ad will be approved by MCPH prior to release)
