Next 15 is in expansion mode and just bought Pinnacle, partly to establish themselves further in America, with Pinnacle’s U.S clients making up nearly one-quarter of their roster. Pinnacle is headquartered in London and was co-founded in 1996 by MD Simon Flatt. They specialize in technical content for clients in the telecom, electronics, digital marketing, and engineering sectors.

Some of the current clients include European Telecommunications Standards, Institute, Toshiba Electronics, and Shell Oil. They also have many clients in the middle-eastern countries and cities such as Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the Emirates. Pinnacle was acquired for approximately $5.7 million.

ARC Research Added to Sard Verbinnen Holdings

ARC Research does research-based consulting focused on analytical data and research. They are New York City-based and were founded in 1995. The company, led by Andy Tuck and Chris Bumcrot, works with clients in many sectors including healthcare, tech, financial services, telecom and information services, and traditional media. This acquisition brings Sard Verbinnen & Co. research and tracking tools with reputation research, merger integration benchmarking, competitor and peer analysis, and message testing. ARC will continue to function as a separate entity under the Sard umbrella.

Bryan Sweeney Joins Zimmerman PR & Advertising as Exec VP of Integrated Content Production

After 15 years leading the Integrated Production team at Hill Holliday in Boston, Bryan Sweeney leaves for the Executive VP position with Zimmerman. Over the years, Sweeney has  influenced brand campaigns with national and international organizations such as Anheuser-Busch, Bank of America, the MLB, and McDonald’s.

Hotwire Adds Vianews in Brazil to Their Network

Vianews and Hotwire recently formed an exclusive partnership deal, though since 2011 they have been working together on projects for clients such as Intralinks, LogMeIn, BMC, and Rakuten. Vianews has its headquarters in Sao Paulo with additional affiliates in Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, and Chile. The partnership opens up Vianews to the partners and affiliates of Hotwire across the globe in 22 countries.
