Alteza has recently hired Blue Clover to work with them as their agency of record. The luxury condo project chose the PR company to handle the PR for the condos that are rapidly nearing completion. Blue Clover will be handling public relations, as well as sales and promotion for the condominiums.

Alteza features 187 condominiums above the regular rooms at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk. Residents will have access to the hotel’s amenities, as well as security and private elevators. This is an area for the elite who enjoy living in a hotel, but want a proper home there. The condos range from 800 to 6,000 square feet and span 9 floors of the hotel.
Blue Clover is a marketing firm founded in 2003 by Jose B. Sena, Juan Barrera and Chris Gilbert. Over the years, the company has expanded to include many other professional marketers. While the firm operates locally out of San Antonio, they have clients from around the world.
