The leading global provider of customer experience software and services recieved perfect scores for growth strategy excellence, growth implementation excellence, and leadership toward customer value propositioning.
According to a Frost & Sullivan report recenently, Interactive Intelligence began as an early innovator of cloud-based contact center solutions, and the firm today leads all others in several categories of implementation excellence. Interactive Intelligence outranked its top two competitors with an overall score of 9.2 out of 10, compared to 8.6 and 8.4 respectively. Ultimately, Interactive Intelligence scored a perfect 10 in growth strategy excellence, growth implementation excellence, and leadership in customer value as well.
