Scope: Services will include, but are not limited to the following:

Brand Development and Research Strategy

  1. Meet with PCSD leadership to discuss recruiting mission and goals, and research market trends
  2. Collaborate with PCSD to understand staffing needs and target candidate profiles
  3. Develop a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with recruitment timelines and goals.
  4. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
  5. Strategies will include social media platforms that target designated marketing areas to recruit applicants, and provide technical support of the recruitment website for the duration of the online and social media recruiting campaign

Creative Services & Messaging

  1. Develop compelling recruitment messaging that reflects PCSD’s values, culture, and benefits.
    • The message should showcase the benefits of a career with PCSD.
  2. Design and develop branded marketing materials, including digital ads, videos, and social media content.
  3. Produce multimedia content (video, graphics, photography) for recruitment campaigns. Content shall include, but is not limited to:
    • (1) 60 Second Recruitment Video
    • (5) 30 Second Recruitment Videos
    • (4) 15 Second Recruitment Videos (4 Horizontal, 2 Vertical)
    • (6) 6 Second YouTube Pre-Roll Recruitment Ads
    • Department-Wide Photography
  4. Design and develop recruitment website
    • Consultant will host the website on secure, optimized servers
    • Consultant will provide technical support to facilitate content changes

Media Planning and Placement

  1. Recommend and place targeted advertisements across various channels (digital, social media, job boards, radio, print, etc.).
  2. Leverage programmatic advertising and geo-targeting where applicable to reach ideal candidate demographics.
  3. Manage advertising schedules to align with hiring deadlines.

Digital & Social Media campaigns

  1. Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, twitter/X, and others.
  2. Monitor and optimize performance to ensure effective reach and engagement
  3. Engage with audiences to answer recruitment-related inquiries when appropriate

Campaigns Analytics and Reporting

  1. Provide tracking and reporting on the performance of recruitment campaigns, including impressions, click-through rates, applications submitted, and demographic reach
    • Reports will be submitted to PCSD to support decision making and strategic planning
  2. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data insights
