STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR MARKETING AND DESIGN SERVICES
The City of Plainview is seeking Professional Services from a qualified marketing / public relations firm registered to practice in the State of Texas for Convention and Visitors Bureau / Economic Development Marketing & Design Services.
I. SCOPE OF WORK
The following are key deliverables:
• Marketing strategy for Tourism (Plainview CVB) and Plainview Civic Center campaigns
• All new creative concepts and implementation for tourism efforts and the Plainview Civic Center
• New Logo, Branding and Design Implementation for Plainview/Hale County EDC
• Marketing strategy for Plainview/Hale County EDC utilizing industry best practices
• Attend all event marketing team meetings as required by Plainview CVB and EDC.
• Regular status calls to review outstanding items.
• Track budget, schedule, and list of deliverables to ensure timely completion, review, and submission.
• The production of a written marketing report following each campaign no later than 20 days following
ending of the campaign which should include typical data analytics to demonstrate the effectiveness of
the campaign.
