Scope: The goals and objectives of this RFP are to establish a partnership with a skilled and experienced agency the will be fluid and adaptable to meet the needs of Boise Centre’s sales and marketing teams. The agency will be instrumental in assisting with the following types of projects:

  1. Development and execution of strategic marketing efforts
  2. Reporting and analysis of strategic marketing initiatives (including website analytics, ROI, effective audience targeting)
  3. Implementation of marketing resources such as SEO, SEM, AI and inbound marketing
  4. Graphic design
  5. Photography and videography
  6. Brand development
  7. Website design, development, and maintenance
  8. Concept, design and development of advertising materials (for both print and digital executions)
  9. Creation and delivery of (both print and digital)
  10. Print and digital ads, including concept, design, and development
  11. Print and collateral execution and delivery
  12. Other projects as developed

It is preferred that the agency has or establishes a local office to facilitate in-person meetings with the members of Boise Centre’s Marketing and Sales Departments. A virtual agency may be considered, and such elements of coordination and collaboration should be outlined in the proposal.

It is preferred that the agency has experience with destination marketing, convention/meeting marketing or facility marketing.

The agency must have experience in developing, creating, and establishing brand identity and providing creative services such as logo design, theme and message development, advertising copy, layout, etc.

The agency must have experience in developing and coordinating strategic advertising and marketing campaigns with demonstrated success. This includes paid and digital media campaigns digital media campaigns.

The agency must have experience in developing and producing quality promotion and informational collateral (brochures, pamphlets, tradeshow materials, etc.).

The agency must have experience in website design, development, hosting, supporting, content creation and reporting.

The agency must be able to provide detailed reporting demonstrating ROI and proposed optimizations to meet strategic initiative areas.

Proposals can be submitted electronically, or a physical copy can be sent or delivered to the address shown in the general information section. Proposals and any attachments should be sent to the Lead Contacts as outlined.

Proposals must include the following elements and be less than 40 pages.

  1. Executive Summary
  1. Business Information
  1. Agency information (Address, phone, web site, etc.)
  2. Agency qualifications
  3. Year agency was established
  4. Agency brief history
  5. Agency photography and videography services (Provided in-house staff or outsourced)
  6. Agency /Firm Conflict of interest statement. A statement from your company, agency, firm clearly indicates that there is no professional or personal relationship with anyone on the District board or within Boise Centre’s organization
  7. Agency proof of insurance. At the time the contract is generated with the finalist, proof of insurance will need to be provided. (An outline of what is needed will be shared.)
  1. Account Management:

A list of specific employees that will be assigned to work on this account with details of their experience that qualifies them to lead, manage or direct the tasks/projects for Boise Centre.

Provide examples and explanations of how you manage accounts/systems/project timelines, time management systems and reporting.

  1. Approach & Experience:

Detail how you approach the creation of a marketing and communications strategy, including understanding goals, audience, selection of strategic initiatives, implementation of creative direction, implementation, and results reporting/optimization

Provide an explanation of experience you have in working with destinations and/or event venues.

Detail the agency’s creative experience with digital, print, native, inbound marketing strategies and use of tools like AI for industry- specific work.

Outline your agency’s experience with website design and development, content creation, web hosting, web management and future web additions.

A list of relevant current clients or similar client work over the last three (3) years.
