Scope: The contractor shall provide comprehensive media advertising services to support Pre-K enrollment, family engagement campaigns, and hiring outreach initiatives. These services must be specifically tailored to the educational environment and community expectations of Tulsa Public Schools, Oklahoma. The scope of work shall include strategic planning, creative development, media placement, and performance analytics—each designed to maximize reach and effectiveness within the district’s diverse community. Campaigns shall demonstrate demographic reach aligned with the district’s constituent population to ensure equitable representation and engagement across all audiences.
Media campaigns shall follow an agreed-upon cadence, with planning and performance review meetings held on a regular schedule as determined by the district. For invoice processing, the contractor shall provide all required supporting artifacts, including but not limited to campaign plans, placement schedules, performance reports, and proof of media execution. All messaging must align with the district’s communication standards and reflect the values of a publiceducational institution.
