ROSELLE BOARD OF EDUCATION FACTS AND FIGURES
The Board consists of nine members and the District is overseen on a daily basis by the Superintendent of Schools. The District is comprised of six school buildings, serving approximately 2,900 students. The District has multiple special education programs and an extensive extra-curricular and interscholastic athletic program.
2. NATURE/ SCOPE OF SERVICES – The Roselle Board of Education is requesting proposal for Media/Public Information Consultant Services. Firms and/or persons responding to this RFP shall be able to demonstrate that they will have the continuing capabilities to perform these services:
The Proposer will be required to perform a wide range of public information/ community relation services for various initiatives and programs which services may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Research, Development, Preparation and Dissemination of press releases, articles, newsletters, newspapers and/or other print media;
Provide general public relations services;
Attend meetings, hearings and/or events with Board officials, if requested;
Prepare original and creative literature which may include statements, position papers, correspondence and other original literature and communications on behalf of the Board of Education or designated departments and/or officials;
All work created under any contract resulting from this RFP will be and remain the intellectual property of the Board of Education, including, but not limited to, any copyrights and trademarks;
Prepare statements for the Board and/or the Superintendent of Schools;
Prepare position papers, correspondence and other original literature and communications on behalf of the Roselle Board of Education; The Board of Education will have the final approval of all work done prior to release.
