Paycom and Its Employees Give Millions to Nonprofits in 2023

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become increasingly important in modern business practices. Paycom, a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, upholds a strong commitment to philanthropy and supporting its communities.

Recently, Paycom released its 2023 Corporate Social Responsibility report which outlines its annual community giving efforts. According to the report, the company and its employees donated over $2.3 million to more than 350 organizations across 37 states and Washington, D.C. – more than $220,000 of that coming directly from our employees.

These contributions are part of Paycom’s continuous employee giving program, small grants program, sponsorships and other methods aiming to address fundamental needs and foster a brighter future for all. Each year, Paycom chooses a diverse array of nonprofits, allowing employees to contribute to organizations close to their hearts through the Paycom app.

Here are just a few of hundreds of giving initiatives undertaken by Paycom and its employees in 2023:

Captain Russell Clay, area commander of The Salvation Army of Central Oklahoma, shared, “Their support is not just appreciated; it is essential. Paycom continues its long-standing tradition of providing our largest individual Red Kettle donation.”

In addition to the above, members of Paycom’s 11 employee resource groups (ERGs), which help individuals from different backgrounds connect and find workplace support, inspired increased involvement and financial support of touchstone community events like the Martin Luther King Jr. parade, Festival de Vida y Muerte and more.

Paycom served as the presenting sponsor of OKC PrideFest in downtown Oklahoma City in June 2023. It was at the front of the parade line, leading more than 70 organizations through downtown Oklahoma City and passing out Paycom-branded rainbow fans along the route.

“At Paycom, our unwavering dedication to giving back is deeply rooted in our core values of caring and service,” said Chad Richison, co-CEO, president and chairman. “We take immense pride in championing a diverse range of important causes and are looking forward to continuing our long-standing commitment to fostering meaningful community impact.”

By empowering employees to support causes close to their hearts and partnering with impactful organizations like The Salvation Army, the National Juneteenth Museum, and the Courage Foundation, Paycom exemplifies the positive impact businesses can have on communities.
