Scope of Work:
To implement/launch a media campaign through TV, Radio, Ads, which may include the development of videos and other resources to complement the resources already available through Thunderbird Partnership Foundation.
Background on Organization:
The Thunderbird Partnership Foundation is a leading culturally centred voice on First Nations mental wellness, substance use and addictions in Canada. The organization supports an integrated and wholistic approach to healing and wellness serving First Nations and various levels of government, through research, training and education, policy and partnerships, and communications. Thunderbird strives to support culture-based outcomes of Hope, Belonging, Meaning and Purpose for First Nations individuals, families and communities. Thunderbird’s mandate is to implement the Honouring Our Strengths: A Renewed Framework to Address Substance Use Issues Among First Nations People in Canada (HOS) and the First Nations Mental Wellness Continuum (FNMWC) framework.
Media Campaign Background:
Thunderbird hired a consultant to provide research and stakeholder engagement to creating messaging for a campaign strategy to support the development of a media campaign to inspire a social movement in the favour of harm reduction approaches for First Nations addictions and substance use issues. The campaign was piloted with results found at the end of this document.
Project Outcomes:
· Review the PowerPoint and report provided to establish a media campaign using the following platforms: TV, Radio Ads, Ads on various platforms including any development of videos and additional resources needed to support the campaign. Also, include length of campaign.
· Provide a workplan to include dates and outputs along with cost for each.
· Quote of all costs for media campaign as outlined above.
