Scope: The University of Maryland Eastern Shore seeks a qualified strategic communications and marketing agency with a physical presence in Maryland to support an integrated brand and reputation-building program. The agency will be responsible for delivering the following services:
1.Brand Identity and Marketing Strategy Services
-Conduct and refine a comprehensive brand identity study.
-Develop and implement a marketing strategy to elevate UMES’s visibility among target audiences.
-Creative development for print, digital, and video assets.
-Media planning and buying, including traditional and digital media.
-Media optimization, monitoring, and monthly reporting.
-Video production services (with capped hard costs outlined in approved budgets).
2.Strategic Communications
-Message and Narrative Development
-Media Relations and Public Relations
-Reputation Management and Crisis Communications Planning
3.Executive Visibility and Thought Leadership
-Secure speaking engagements and earned media
-Develop executive content, bios, and ghostwritten op-eds
4.Digital and Social Media Strategy
-Content strategy and execution across UMES platforms
-Multimedia content creation
-Analytics and reporting
5.Partnership and Donor Engagement
-Stakeholder mapping and segmentation
-Tailored donor and partner communications
-Support for campaign messaging and engagement strategies
