The Confederated Tribes of Colville Reservation Seeks Marketing Analysis

Purpose:

The purpose of this RFP is to select the most qualified firm to conduct a feasibility study and marketing analysis on the Banks Lake Golf Course, and the Sun Banks Resort located approximately 1 mile south of Electric City, Washington of Grant County. The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (Colville Tribes) Comprehensive Planning Department is seeking a consultant to provide a project feasibility study and marketing analysis proposals on the Banks Lake Golf Course, and Sun Banks Resorts.

The Planning Department’s primary objective is to have an in-depth analysis and plan that clearly defines economic and financial potential as well as a return on investment on the purchase of the Banks Lake Golf Course and Sun Banks Resort both located in Grant County, Washington. The feasibility study and marketing analysis results can help the Colville Tribe determine; if both properties have the potential to provide financial gain, employment opportunities, and a long range destination resort on both sides of Osborne Bay. The services provided must meet objectives as described herein. The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation is a Sovereign Nation. Presidential Executive Order established the Colville Indian Reservation in 1872, with a land base of 1.4 million aces, located in North Central Washington State.
