The Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP), Ministry of Commerce and Industry for the Government of India is seeking a Public Relations agency to brand India as an investment destination for Start-ups. The objective of the campaign is to generate awareness about the investment opportunities and prospects of the country, Start-up Action Plan and to promote India as a preferred investment destination for new entrepreneurs with innovative business ideas. Development of an interactive website is also planned to be undertaken.
The Ministry seeks to showcase India as a favored investment destination, especially for entrepreneurs bringing about new products and services through innovation and designs. DIPP intends to release its campaign, portraying the strengths of and opportunities in the Indian Start-up ecosystem. The agency will be responsible to create publicity and promotional material which will be circulated and distributed to prospective investors, industry and trade associations, other stakeholders in the industry, media, embassies in India and overseas.

Baltimore County Department of Health (BCDH) is seeking proposals from marketing and advertising agencies to develop a campaign for the County to raise awareness of underage alcohol use and underage and young adult binge drinking and their related consequences.
Services needed includes:
- Creative concept, writing and design of campaign elements (logos, graphics, advertisements, etc.).
- Production of printed materials, including logos, graphics, flyers, brochures, infographics, and newspaper advertisements.
- Distribution – mass mailings to targeted audiences, including responsibility for developing mailing lists.
- Media Buys – In house media department equipped to research media opportunities designed to reach our target audience, negotiate purchase of print and broadcast advertising, invoice and pay for advertising, collect and maintain files of proof of service, such as newspaper and magazine tearsheets, broadcast commercial affidavits, etc.
