The University of British Columbia (the ”UBC” “University”), Development and Alumni Engagement Group, intends to hire an Event and Experiential Marketing Consultant.
The University of British Columbia is a Tier One Research-Intensive University, consistently ranked among the world’s top 35 Universities. UBC’s two major campuses, located in Vancouver and Kelowna, offer more than 65,000 students a range of innovative undergraduate, graduate and professional programs in the arts, sciences, medicine, law, commerce and other faculties.
Scope of Work:
3.1 To provide creative services for 4 key UBC experiences taking place between June and September, of 2022. Primary focus for vendor should be applied to the “Public Launches”.
3.2 List of Events: • 2 intimate stakeholder dinners (Vancouver, Okanagan): estimated June, 2022; • Public Launch: 2 concurrent synchronous events and/or marketing experiences in September (Vancouver & Okanagan campuses), comprising of one UBC “Public Launch” with shared live hybrid content.
3.3 Specifically, the /Consultant will take a pre-determined theme and develop the creative concept. This concept will be adopted by the UBC Communications and Engagement team and implemented on all collateral, and décor elements associated with the experiences.
3.4 The successful proponent will require the ability to manage multiple UBC internal stakeholders in achieving project objectives.
