St. Louis Economic Development Partnership Issues Website RFP

The Partnership issues this Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) for a qualified website developer to transition the Website from a proposal platform into a business retention and attraction platform (the “Services”).

Background:

The St. Louis Economic Development Partnership (the “Partnership”) is a nonprofit corporation, established under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code for the purpose of promoting and developing industry, commerce, and economic development in St. Louis County and the City of St. Louis, creating high-quality business and employment opportunities, and enhancing the quality of life by advancing long-term, diversified growth throughout the St. Louis region. In furtherance of its organizational purposes, the Partnership developed a proposal website to promote its activities and accomplishments (the “Website”).

Scope of Work:

Pursuant to this RFP, the Services shall provide an experienced website developer to transition the Website into a business retention and attraction website. The Website is to remain on its original wireframe with a few key updates. The successful firm shall provide the following deliverables related to the Services:

Deliverables:

o Each tab will click to one page of copy (provided by Partnership staff).

o Remove the “fly-through” video;

o Change the copy (provided by Partnership staff); and

o Add a “Contact Us” section at the bottom.

o Maintain the current copy, and Replace the slide deck with six (6) new slides detailing logistics (provided by Partnership staff).
