This way, after the company is able to establish a decent relationship with its target audience by presenting the pain point that the segment of the target audience has, it can point them in the right direction by presenting them with a solution to that pain point. However, many times, companies tend to provide a lot of information to their audiences in the form of emails and speeches, and content on social media platforms, but then tend to forget the most important question they should be asking the target audience. That question should be whether the audience wants to make a purchase, and the answer should always be yes and should be presented in the form of a call to action, such as a link to contact the company or a button where they can make a purchase.
