United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Issues RFP For Digital Media

The Private Sector Fundraising Unit in the UK is part of UNHCR Global Private Sector Partnerships Section, with a commitment to inspire awareness and approach the local community to feel part of UNHCR’s mission and attract a large number of individual donations and persons committed to long-term monthly contributions. In order to support this, UNHCR UK is calling for proposals from qualified digital agencies to provide digital acquisition services with a specific focus on paid search, display, social media advertising, retargeting, as well as web development services to create landing page, microsites, email templates and other digital products. We are also looking for an agency to provide support on landing pages optimization and subsequent communication support for digitally acquired donors and lead generation. Creative services are also required.

Scope of Work:

The contract phase is planned from April 1 2019 to December 31 2019 and potentially extendable for a further period of two year, until the end of 2021, subject to satisfactory performance. The successful bidder will be requested to maintain their quoted price model for the duration of the contract.

During the evaluation, the Technical Evaluation Panel will score (1) your company`s general liability; (2) your company`s experience in providing the required services in the private and non-profit sectors; and (3) the number of similar projects completed and/or on-going. It is considered essential to include the following information into your technical proposal and to submit the listed documents to establish compliance with the requirements:

                • A description of your company with the following documents: company profile, registration    certificate and last audit reports1:

                                o Year founded;

                                o If a multi-location company, specify headquarters location;

                                o Total number of clients, please provide a list;

                • Proven track record with digital fundraising activities in the UK marketplace inclusive of media                buying and campaign management

                • Eligibility to work in the UK

                • Experience working in the non-profit sector (i.e. for social purposes) and in the private sector                (i.e. for profit clients). Similar ROI goals is desired.

                • Number of similar and successfully completed projects and/or currently underway (in total).
