with regional partner organizations including analytics, and a unified footer

Background:

Hello! We are the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership (E-REP). Our team works to advance the interests of

businesses, fueling economic and community growth in the Evansville, Indiana region.

Formed by merger on April 1, 2020, E-REP harnesses the expertise, energy, and resources of three former

organizations focused on the growth and prosperity of the Evansville region. While others pursue mergers from a

reactionary position: one born from operational necessity or in response to challenges, E-REP was created in

recognition of, and in pursuit of, heightened opportunity. Together, we carry forward areas of impact, including:

▪ new business attraction efforts

▪ retention and expansion of existing industry services

▪ pro- economy public policy work

▪ community development assistance/quality of place development

▪ entrepreneur services

▪ planning for regional growth

▪ targeted population growth (20-34 years of age)

Scope of Work:

Company XYZ (that’s you!) will develop a modern and responsive website in a platform easy for the team to

update. The website will be developed with search engines in mind and include proper HTML structuring, XML site

map submission, Google Analytics tracking on all pages and connect to Google Search Console.

Working closely with the E-REP team, Company XYZ will assist with a content refresh to attract, engage and delight

website visitors under the new E-REP brand and brand voice.

We have determined the following website functions as essential:

● CRM Integration (GrowthZone- membership management software with marketing automation)

o Integration of website lead forms to marketing automation software

● Email integration- Newsletter sign-ups linked to segmented lists (Constant Contact or GrowthZone, TBD)

● Responsive design for desktop, tablet, horizontal mobile screen, and vertical mobile screen

● Scroll-triggered animation

● Search bar

● Lead generation through sign-up forms, gated content, etc.

● Translation bar

● Visitor tracking

● Secure Board portal with login

• Analytics – ability to share user-centric content with regional partner organizations including analytics,

and a unified footer

● Displaying news and events in a user-friendly and visually appealing way with the ability to sort by

category

● Ability to easily embed media, social posts, YouTube video, etc.

● Indeed API plug-in (see Colorado Springs example)

● Accessibility

• Ability for E-REP users and others to share website content on social media platforms easily via share

buttons

• Responsive photo gallery widget
