To reach the heights of PR, the agency has employed certain sure-fire strategies over the years.
Strategic moves that have catapulted Hemsworth Communications
#1. Adding Discover Dunwoody to the Roster
Following a months-long competition, Jacobs-led Hemsworth Communications was retained as the agency-of-record for the prestigious Discover Dunwoody.
Discover Dunwoody is the marketing organization of choice for Dunwoody – a leading hub for dining, hospitality, shopping, and business. Effectively, Hemsworth is tasked with developing and executing a two-tier strategic plan that will support Dunwoody’s economic development and leisure tourism divisions, in 2020.
#2. Selection by Kenefick Ranch Vineyards
Recently, Hemsworth Communications was named the go-to PR firm for Kenefick Ranch Vineyards in Calistoga, CA.
The scope-of-work for Jacobs’ agency will include crafting a comprehensive communication plan that’ll position Kenefick Ranch Vineyards as a leader in Napa Valley’s wine production space, and elevate the company’s portfolio.
Hemsworth Communications is also tasked with launching highly-targeted and strategic campaigns that will promote the brand to local and national wine-markets. Through the campaigns, the PR agency is also expected to drive awareness around the winery’s yet-to-be-launched on-site tasting room.
#3. Diversification of its service offerings
Hemsworth’s decision to diversify its service offerings positioned the firm as a leader in three distinctive divisions. The three divisions include travel, tourism & hospitality, food, wine & spirits, and franchising & business services.
To formalize the service offerings, the Jacobs-led PR agency hired Director Lacey Outten, Rachel Tabacnic, and Lindsey Wiegmann. At the same time, the PR agency promoted Carter Long to the director position.
Led by Tabacnic, the franchising & business services division specializes in franchise development, brand repositioning, grand openings, new product rollouts, crisis management planning, consumer marketing, etc.
The franchise division’s vast understanding of franchising, combined with extensive relationships with key stakeholders in the media, ensures they stay ahead of industry trends.
With Lacey Outten at the helm of the Food, Wine & Spirits division, the division is tasked with the role of expanding Hemsworth’s robust roster in the culinary space. Stationed in the Charleston office, the division will service notable chefs, restaurants, wine, beer, and spirit brands. Thanks to its capabilities in securing off-site event participation, calendar development for major brand moments, and community marketing, the PR agency is well suited to garner exposure for any culinary-related brand.
Led by Carter-Long and Lindsey Wiegmann, the Travel & Tourism division seeks to inspire and engage travelers – garnering considerable interest for clients featured in newspapers, magazines, digital outlets, broadcasts, etc.
