Kite Hill Rides the Wave of Success

Award-winning PR agency Kite Hill PR has seen its upward curve continue with the appointment of a new president in Rachel Hadley. Hadley, who formerly served as the president of Likeable Media, brings a wealth of expertise and a track record of success to her new role.

Hadley will be based in New York and will be responsible for international operations, finance, and staffing. She’ll also utilize her previous experience with digital marketing and social media to lead the charge on developing more advanced core service offerings for Kite Hill.

Since Kite Hill acquired Cutler PR in 2018, the agency has seen enormous growth with an expanded customer base and multiple areas of recognition and awards for its success.

Karbo Communications Reports a Successful 1H 2019

Technology PR firm Karbo Communications, best-known for its competitive offerings of digital services for companies such as Apple, eBay, and Oracle, has announced a record-breaking amount of growth in the first half of 2019. This growth accounts for a 30 percent year over year increase from 2018. The firm also announced that its client base would be expanding, now offering services to those in the cloud connectivity and data aggregation space. A prominent addition to the Karbo client roster is that of Megaport, a crowdsourced insurance data company.

“In the first half of the year, we successfully blended the need for revenue-driven, creative programs with the ability to harness analytics to measure results,” Karbo founder and CEO Julie Karbo said in a press release. “We continue to succeed because we don’t prescribe to mob-think.”

The announcements come after changes were recently made among executive ranks at Hotwire, which has recently seen growth trends across its worldwide operations consisting of 15 offices.

ACLU Hires Raben Group to Assist with Border Crisis

As tensions at the U.S.-Mexico border continue to intensify, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has retained the services of PR agency the Raben Group.

The Raben Group will work on behalf of the Texas branch of the ACLU as it continues to challenge current protocol such as asylum seeker detention and inhumane confinement conditions.  Immigration law and policy expert Maunica Sthanki will head up this partnership. Sthanki brings a wealth of experience in the field to the table, having served as Counsel to the House Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on Immigration and Border Security.
