Proper succession planning can substantially enhance the value of a public relations firm and ensure its long term success. However, our survey last year showed that over two thirds of all PR firms did not have a succession plan in place.
This survey will collect more detailed data on both the obstacles and opportunities presented by succession planning and the best techniques used to implement succession planning – whether succession is planned for the next year or the next decade.
