Bid for awareness and outreach, recruitment, and potential enrollment for
workforce programs administered by Cuyahoga Job and Family Services.

AD REQUIREMENTS:
1. Digital advertising, including streaming from January through December
2025 targeting individuals 18 – 59 living in select zip codes (to be provided).
2. Reach people in Cuyahoga County with household income of $50,000 or less
3. Minimum of 260,000 impressions per month for duration of campaign.
4. Display creative and dashboard capabilities included.
SEARCH PLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS:
1. Search result placement for January through December – Keywords:
Cuyahoga County, employment, job, and other related words. See below
Abled bodied adult without children
Displaced homemaker;
Low-income individual;
Individual with disabilities;
Justice Involved individual;
Homeless individual ;
Youth who has aged out of the foster care system;
English language learner, individual with a low level of literacy, and
individual facing substantial cultural barriers;
Single parent (including single pregnant woman);
Last Revised: 7/26/2019
