OVERVIEW
The Stanislaus County Office of Education (SCOE) is requesting statements of qualifications from full-service marketing agencies with experience in creative advertising concepts and are qualified to provide videography for the Every Day Counts Attendance Campaign.
The (non-architecture and engineering) services will be funded with state and federal dollars requiring the selected agency to follow all pertinent local, State and Federal laws and regulations. SCOE intends to do the following:
- Select an experienced Advertising Agency based on the analysis of qualifications from experienced entities that have successfully completed a creative advertising campaign.
- The business entities are requested to make a presentation demonstrating creative campaign process and qualifications to SCOE on July 20, 2023, no more than 30 minutes in length.
- Request qualified advertising agencies with experience and a capacity to provide all aspects of the scope of work within the agency to submit an RFQ.
- The final selection.
All services must be fully compliant with all State, Federal and Local requirements as applicable.
- Scope of Services Project Description
The specific scope of work will be developed with the successful candidate(s). The following represents a general description of anticipated services only and not an exhaustive list.
- Creative strategy for broadcast and advertising commercials.
- Video production, casting/talent, licensing, and art buying.
- Create three 30 second video commercial advertisements.
- Create three 15 second commercial bookends.
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) describes the Project, the anticipated Scopes of Work, the selection process, and the minimum information that must be included in each Respondent’s Statement of Qualifications (SOQ).
