Swift Collective has just acquired Los Angeles based PR firm, Saeger Media Group (SMG). The acquisition means the combined “Swift” offerings will include multichannel campaign value, along with traditional, digital and influencer PR. The new entity boasts an 80-person integrated digital firm that services Fortune 500 brands such as Nike, Starbucks and Microsoft.
According to the announcement, the new Swift will work with clients on strategic platforms and programs offering services including; multi-platform campaign strategies, conceptual development, web/mobile design and development, social strategy, influencer/blogger outreach & traditional PR, media strategy, measurement and optimization, among the other key value propositions. Liz Valentine, CEO of Swift, had this to say about the deal:
