Atlanta PR Updates
Hot off the press, PRNewswire reports NG1 Technologies, a green tech company providing the transportation market with advanced fuel savings selected Trevelino/Keller as its lead integrated public relations and marketing agency.

Tennessee PR Updates
Who would’a thunk it? The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band has been around for 50 years, and they’ve just signed with a new PR firm according to cybergrass.com. They signed with Webster Public Relations. Kirt Webster, President and CEO of the PR firm said, “It’s an honor to work with the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and celebrate their milestone anniversary of five spectacular decades. They’re one of very few musical acts to achieve such longevity and this level of success – a testament to their talent and authenticity.”
Webster PR is headquartered in Nashville and specializes in music entertainment PR, representing many iconic country (and other genre) music stars such as Dolly Parton, Hank Williams, Jr., Big and Rich, Kenny G, Don Williams, Kenny Rogers, and the Oakridge Boys.
Houston PR Updates
The Montgomery County Food Bank (MCFB) kicks-off their annual Souper Bowl of Caring (SBC) campaign, led by a new development team at MCFB. The new development team includes Amanda Riddle, Jada England, Jennifer Kramer, and Nicole Moon.
Your Houston News reports, “Serving as marketing and communications manager, Kramer will be responsible for any internal and external communications and marketing correspondence as she works to build and maintain brand recognition and consistency for MCFB. Kramer’s past marketing and public relations experience includes work at Lone Star College-Montgomery as part of their college relations team, and working for the Blue Bell Creameries in-house advertising agency. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from Texas A&M University and brings with her over 15 years of marketing, public relations, and communications experience.”
This will be the sixth year for the campaign providing food for those in need. They expect to raise around $100K in donations as well as many cans and boxes of food donated at various local events. Goes to show that PR has a practical and vital use in just about any area you can imagine.
