gaea-logoGreek food company Gaea has selected its first public relation agency in the United Kingdom, Three Sixty Degrees PR. The public relations agency founded by travel and lifestyle specialist June Field, will handle Gaea's public relations campaigns in the UK and report to the company's chief executive Aris Kefalogiannis. Founded in 1995, Gaea built its business by promoting Greek agricultural food products in the international markets, raising awareness about their high quality and good taste. The food company offers a product range that includes award winning ingredients specific to traditional Greek cuisine naturally grown, sun-ripened and harvested in Greece: olives, extra virgin olive oil, cooking sauces, vinegars and more. Currently, Gaea is the fourth largest player in the oils and meze market in the UK, competing against well known players of the food industry, such as Filippo Berio. Gaea products are stocked in every major supermarket bar Sainsbury’s. Three Sixty Degrees PR specializes in destination marketing, having extensive expertise in the travel and lifestyle sector. Their team has been writing for leading international titles for over a decade and have promoted their clients through the world’s most watched TV shows and news sections covering their area of expertise. The agency, which lists getting great coverage for its clients as their top priority, has been awarded a six-month project by Gaea which will include consumer PR, media relations and celebrity seeding. 5W is the company’s PR firm of record in North America.
