Edelman’s Jackie Cooper Promoted to Global Chair, Creative Strategy
And this just in: Edelman has named Jackie Cooper global chair, creative strategy, effective immediately. Before this, she was Edelman’s global vice-chair of brand properties.
Cooper first joined Edelman in 2004, when her PR company Jackie Cooper Public Relations (JCPR), was acquired by the world’s largest PR corporation. In 2007 she became the UK creative director and served as vice chair of Edelman UK. She was named global vice chair of Edelman’s brand properties in 2011, and finally, promoted to global chair today.
In her work with Edelman, Cooper has already proven to be an invaluable asset, providing strategic brand counsel on award winning campaigns including the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty and Every Child has the Right to Play for Omo/Persil. She will continue her work on a global scale, ensuring the best creative strategies to Edelman clients:

In her new role, Jackie Cooper will oversee the firm’s creative offering and teams, and will report directly to Richard Edelman. She will also join the company’s Executive Committee.
