RFP - Requet for Proposal

The City of Denton, Texas’ Economic Development Division is soliciting proposals from marketing agencies to provide creative and media services for various Economic Development programs. Types of projects may include (but are not limited to) copywriting and editing, graphic design, video production and videography, photography, content development, advertising, marketing, planning/strategy/research functions, and website development.

Denton – located in North Texas on the north end of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is comprised of an educated and creative population – two universities, two hospitals, an industrial district, and a community of entrepreneurs and business owners – that values sustainability and collaboration, as evident in the city’s cutting-edge practices, vibrant art and music scene, and popular hot spots and special events.

The scope of work includes: To create and deliver a detailed project plan for each project identified by the City’s Economic Development staff; Bear primary responsibility for managing the project and coordinating project activities, including City tasks; develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing design standard that is reflective of the energetic Denton community and represents the principles of the organization, establishing an overall brand for the City’s economic development activities.

Also looking for marketing assistance, The City of Roseville, California is soliciting proposals for a Website Redesign & Content Management system. The CMS is used across all 17 departments within the City, withcontent editors responsible for keeping their department’s information up to date. Content editors have theability to update content, create news articles and events, upload documents and a variety of other tasks.

The City of Roseville is a full service city with a population of more than 128,000 residents, located in PlacerCounty off of Interstate 80, approximately 16 miles northeast of Sacramento, California. By the year 2020, planners predict the population of Roseville will reach 137,000 residents. Over the past few years, Rosevillehas experienced a consistent growth rate that has expanded the size of City staff and services dramatically.The City of Roseville is a Charter city operating under the City Council/City Manager form of government.
