Online Marketing Strategies RFP Issued

Kennesaw State University (KSU) is seeking to hire a firm to implement Online Marketing Strategies for the College of Continuing & Professional Education (CCPE). CCPE is seeking to establish a contract with a highly qualified marketing consulting firm to encompass all aspects of digital and social media marketing, campaign development, management, optimization and reporting for professional non-credit certificate programs and courses offered within the unit.

Background:

Kennesaw State University’s College of Continuing and Professional Education (CCPE) provides quality innovative programs in collaboration with staff and industry leaders through multiple delivery methods that enrich and improve the lives of individuals. We concentrate on respect for our diverse population by responding to the educational needs of our evolving community. Our commitment is to provide continuous opportunities for growth and improvement of staff, instructors, curriculum and the technologies needed to support a progressive learning environment. We currently enroll approximately 17K students per year and are looking to grow this number through our marketing efforts and increased program offerings.

CCPE is seeking to establish a contract with a highly qualified marketing consulting firm to encompass all aspects of digital and social media marketing campaign development, management, optimization and reporting for professional non-credit certificate programs and courses offered within the unit. Campaigns could entail the following platforms but can also go beyond this as the market evolves: Google AdWords, Social Media Advertising (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram), Search Engine Marketing (Google, Bing, Yahoo), and others as the market evolves. Supplier must align campaigns with CCPE’s overall branding strategy and will be required to help establish the message and how/where it should be communicated. The deliverable must include a project plan outlining each phase.

Scope of Work:

• Provide online marketing strategies for the college of continuing & professional education.
• Contract with a highly qualified marketing consulting firm to encompass all aspects of digital and social media marketing, campaign development, management, optimization and reporting for professional non-credit certificate programs and courses offered within the unit.
