Purpose:

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified companies interested in providing various Marketing, Advertising, Communications and/or Public Relations Professional Services on an as-needed basis for OUC. Proposals are being solicited to implement multi-media, public outreach and educational campaigns for a variety of programs and messages primarily in English and Spanish within all media markets of OUC.]

Background:

The Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) is an electric and water municipal utility serving Orlando, Florida and portions of surrounding Orange County. OUC also has an Inter-local agreement with the City of St. Cloud, Florida for the management of its electric utility. Currently, OUC serves more than 313,000 customers.
