Stephen Corsi Named Chief Digital Officer of Peppercomm

The leading strategic communications and marketing agency, Peppercomm, hired Stephen Corsi as its Chief Digital Officer as well as Senior Partner. His primary role at the agency is to lead and grow digital marketing communications services that include social media marketing, paid search, web design and development, SEO, video, and creative services.

Previous to working at Peppercomm, Corsi provided digital and PR strategy to different financial services, enterprise B2B, and fintech clients, such as Bank of America, McAfee, Blackberry, and plenty of other Fortune 500 companies.

Heal Selects 5WPR as Agency of Record

The health-tech startup, which offers doctor house calls and telemedicine appointments, has selected 5W Public Relations as its PR Agency of Record. The startup was founded in 2014, and since then, it’s been connecting its users with doctors that arrive at the patient’s home in a few hours after making an appointment.

Heal’s partnership with 5WPR comes during a time of great need for Americans around the country when health is at the front of everyone’s minds, and it’s become normal to stay at home whenever possible. The service provided by Heal is available to users for an all-inclusive flat fee or through different insurance plans from all the major insurance companies, as well as Medicare.

Golin to Support General Mills

Golin was named the new PR agency of record for the food giant General Mills, after a competitive review that also brought in the brand development firm Select Design, which will handle internal communications.

Golin will also be leading the corporate reputation efforts for General Mills, and its primary focus is going to be North America. General Mills is looking to tell a more cohesive story of its purpose efforts, which has recently been highlighted by different initiatives, such as Feeding America.

Lenovo Reviewing PR Hub of EMEA Agency Roster

The $47 billion technology giant Lenovo is currently working with several different marketing and communications agencies in different markets in EMEA, including H+K Strategies and Canela in Spain and 3 Monkeys Zeno in the UK. However, the company recently released a competitive RFI for any agency around the world interested in running Lenovo’s EMEA communications hub through the Ariba procurement platform. However, Lenovo confirmed that it wouldn’t be taking this forward to the RFP stage.
