Saskatchewan Polytechnic is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to be our Advertising Agency of Record.

Background:

Saskatchewan Polytechnic serves 28,000 distinct students through applied learning opportunities at campuses in Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, Regina and Saskatoon, and through extensive distance education opportunities. Programs serve every economic and public service sector. As a polytechnic, the organization provides the depth of learning appropriate to employer and student need, including certificate, diploma and degree programs, and apprenticeship training. Saskatchewan Polytechnic engages in applied research, drawing on faculty expertise to support innovation by employers, and providing students the opportunity to develop critical thinking skills. Saskatchewan Polytechnic has a Communications and Marketing team that includes planning, execution, writing and design. Services are provided to internal clients ranging from schools and programs to the President’s office and administrative areas. On occasion, the team requires additional project support and/or specific expertise provided by an agency of record. There is no guarantee of annual billing or potential work required and could range from consultation on a few projects a year to running larger advertising and promotional campaigns.

Scope of Work:

Saskatchewan Polytechnic is seeking an Advertising Agency of record to be our supplier of choice to provide advertising and promotional services. The supplier will work closely with the Marketing/Communications team to provide the services required for each assigned project. Samples demonstrating the scope of the agency’s experience should be included in the submission.
