Scope: Upon issuance of a task order, the specific scope of work will be developed with the successful candidate(s). The following represents a general description of anticipated services only and not an exhaustive list. It is preferred that the proposer have a physical office within the SanJoaquin Valley, or the Sacramento or Bay Areas.

1.  Marketing & Advertising

  1. Brand positioning and messaging.
  2. Concept development and design.
  3. Copywriting and editing (may include multilingual).
  4. Digital marketing, SEO strategy and optimization, interactive tool design and development (video, webinars, etc.).
  5. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems structure and automation a plus.
  6. Creative strategy and design for collaterals, presentations, reports, advertising, displays, broadcast and promotional items.
  7. Video production, photography (aerial, drone, general), casting/talent, licensing and art buying.
  8. Media planning, buying and placement.
  9. Graphic design.

2.  Website Design & Development

  1. Website refresh and template designs.
  2. Assist with content management strategies, including those designed for mobile devices.
  3. Experience with interactive web functionality and features.
  4. Knowledge of website ADA compliance

3.  Market Research & Analysis:

  1. Experience with conducting primary market research, focus groups, survey development and analysis.
  2. Experience with GIS tools, customer segmentation and cluster analysis.
  3. Monitoring, tracking and reporting on analytics and performance resulting from advertising, website, social media platforms, campaigns and events.

4.  Account Management & Reporting

  1. Maintain internal procedures that ensure budget control, prompt billing and deliverables monitoring, tracking and reporting.
