Scope: The Marketing Subcommittee of the NH Conservation and Heritage License Plate program is seeking a firm that will provide the following services, for a total of up to $50,000 per state fiscal year (July 1 – June 30):

1. Detailed media advertising budget (approximately 60 percent of the total budget):

a. electronic media (social media and web)

b. print and broadcast

2. Development of content for electronic media (approximately 20 percent of total budget, as follows):

a. Use information provided by the Marketing Subcommittee, create and post to social media and website

b. Frequent communication with Town/City clerks including birthday emails.

c. Provide analytics for social media and website d. Run social media contests / campaigns

e. Maintain / update website

3. Work with Marketing Subcommittee to produce special materials, including but not limited to (approximately 15 percent of total budget):

a. Update online interactive map of all new projects funded (NOTE: this map has been designed for such additions and information to populate map will be provided by Marketing Subcommittee).

b. Maintain project information database including but not limited to photos

c. Town/City Clerks engagement

d. Perform outreach to special audiences as defined by Marketing Subcommittee.

e. Adapt current visual brand to any additional materials.

4. Perform account administration (approximately 5 percent of total budget):

a. Schedule, create agenda, take notes, provide account updates and brainstorm at 4-6 meetings/year with Marketing Subcommittee

b. Communicate with Marketing Subcommittee via email and phone re: staffing changes, project progress and information needs

c. Submit quarterly invoices with detailed information re: tasks, projects, media buys

d. Maintain spreadsheets and mailing lists for city and town clerks and other constituents
