Sunshine Sachs PR Reps Rescue and Return Lost Dog
Sunshine Sachs in Hollywood must have great pet lovers among their staff. Recently two of the account executives found a lost dog running down Santa Monica Boulevard. They snapped the dog up and took it back to the office where one of their associates, Emily Black Favreau thought it might help to see if the dog had an identification chip. It did. The group was able to return the dog to its owner, Chace Crawford, star of ABC’s Blood and Oil, but probably better known for his work in Gossip Girl on the CW. Shiner (the dog) is back with his owner, and Favreau took the opportunity to remind people how important it is to have their pets chipped.

They also send food suggestions to accompany the wines and a 10-minute video. The idea is that you can expand your palate and never have to leave the comfort of your home. Of course, you can also order favorites without the four-pack deal. To help them with the PR and marketing, they’ve hired Crenshaw Communications base in New York City. The selection of Crenshaw came after an extensive RFP process with 14 other firms applying.
The 2017 Edition of the Global Creative Index Lists Weber Shandwick at the Top Again
Weber Shandwick had held the top spot of the Global Creative Index, Holmes Report’s annual creativity list regarding public relations, two of the last three years. The list is compiled from the previous 12 months for winners and entries in 25+ awards programs for PR, digital, and marketing around the world. This year Cannes Lion entries were also included, especially because of their idea generation recognition.
A big part of this year’s top listing is credited to Vibha Bakshi’s Daughters of Mother India campaign focused on her efforts to deal with the violence against women in India. The campaign was a winner in multiple awards programs during both 2016 and 2017. They also got recognition for their efforts working with Mattel, Universal Pictures, Vauxhall, Pearson’s Alphabet, and ActionAid UK.
