PRCA Announces New Fellowships for Consulting
Share
This week the Public Relations Consultants Association (PRCA) announced 18 new PRCA Fellowships. For only the second time since the designation was established in 2010, the organization selects people who represent the pinnacle of contributors among industry professionals. PRCA Fellowships recognize those individuals who have contributed significantly via their contributions in business, public relations, through consulting, and via the PRCA. These Fellows are entitled to wear the designation FPRCA, and take part in debates on topics, selected by the PRCA’s Board of Management. The very first PRCA Fellow’s debate will be held in May 2013 to discuss “Every individual or organisation deserves professional public relations representation”. Richard Houghton (left), Chairman of the PRCA Fellows and former PRCA Chairman, offered this statement via the organization's release:
“The 18 new Fellows bring a tremendously wide range of experience to the PRCA and their appointment reflects the very significant contributions they have made to our sector.  I look forward very much to their input and our first debate in May.”
