TeamCalifornia Seeking Digital Media Agency

TeamCalifornia Seeking Digital Media Agency

TeamCalifornia (“TeamCalifornia”) has issued an RFP for a digital media agency to create a website.  The intent of the website redesign is to create a website showcasing and promoting economic development in the State of California.

This website should communicate that California is a dynamic economy with many resources for many types of businesses. This site must effectively house the plethora of online information curated by TeamCalifornia and its members in a way that users can easily navigate to the information they need. This includes promoting cross-functional content through social media and other online channels that feedback to the website and create interactions.

The intent of this website is mainly twofold: 1) to communicate to job creators the many resources available for starting, growing and retaining a business in the State of California, specifically in the member communities, and 2) to attract businesses from outside the state to do business in California across a variety of industries. The website will also provide connections between tourism (Visit California), State Economic Development (GO Biz) and TeamCalifornia members.

A high priority will be placed on a proposal that combines excellent design and function for the target audiences, works well with social media platforms, and is contemporary but not trendy.

TeamCalifornia is a private, non-profit California membership-based corporation that brings together economic development organizations from across the state to market their communities for business investment and job creation in California. TeamCalifornia’s members are important advocates and resources for business development in California; they know how to expedite projects and are invaluable sources of information for site location assistance anywhere in the state.
