GoGo Cast, a digital media network providing signage solutions, merchandising and branded content in the Digital out of Home (DOOH) market, has recently released a micro-targeting advertising solution called GoGoMobile. This complements an already existing digital signage marketing solution, giving individual retail chain stores the ability to extend their reach from within the store, directly to the consumer.
GoGoMobile was designed to improve ROI by delivering offers to consumers, when and where the shopper wants them. The app uses geo-fencing technology, being both location-aware and time-sensitive. Basically, it identifies consumers who are interested in finding sales and specials on their favorite products, and notifies them when deals become available in their area. Deals are easy to redeem at the local dealer and do not require the hassle of bar codes, coupons and credit card subscriptions.
The app integrates with Facebook and Twitter – a plus of functionality that allows consumers to share deals via their social networks. GoGoMobile is available for both iPhone and Android users.
For GoGo Cast customers, GoGoMobile is an added feature to the in-store GoScreen’s network enabling user engagement with deals and offers at all touch-points from discovery to purchase. The solution gives vendors the opportunity to highlight key selling points, complementing traditional point-of-purchase advertising. GoGoMobile offers a full-featured vendor portal for creating, distributing and managing ‘Deals on the Go’™ campaigns, as well as a HTML5 website specifically formatted for smart phones using geo-fencing for deal location.
