As part of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes grant funding, the Anne Arundel County Office of the County Executive, Office of Equity and Human Rights (OEHR) seeks a qualified Communication and Marketing Agency to formulate and successfully execute a public-facing media and communications campaign to bring public awareness to all County residents on the increasing encounters of hate bias incidents. The County is seeking an economic option to obtain these services.
