MP & Silva is a leading international media company that owns, manages and distributes television and media rights to some of the most prestigious sports events around the world and is seeking a PR Agency. With 18 offices around the globe and an annual turnover of USD 650 million, we are leaders in the Asian market and very strong in Europe. MP & Silva is considered the top 3 sports media rights agency in the world and is ahead of IMG in international sports rights distribution.
MP & Silva’s portfolio are heavily based on soccer rights, including the FIFA 2014 World Cup, English Premier League, Spanish La Liga, German Bundesliga, Italian Seria A, French Ligue 1, the FA Cup, Major League Soccer (MLS), Brazilian national league (Brasileirão), Arsenal Football Club, the AC Milan Channel and more. But we are rapidly growing into other sports, and our portfolio also includes: French Open at Roland Garros, eight ATP World Tour tennis tournaments, EHF Handball Champions League, DTM, the Formula One, Formula E, World Baseball Classic, National Basketball Association (NBA), Spanish Basketball League (Liga Endesa) and the Asian Games.
Although we have a presence in North America, we have aggressive plans to expand our footprint in this market. In order to achieve this, we need a PR plan to accompany our commercial strategy. Our brand is not well known within our target audience (American sports federations, leagues, clubs) and we need to better brand profiling and media/press relations to support us.
They seek a PR agency that can help with:
1) Brand positioning
2) Owners and key executives profiling
3) Strategic media/press relations
4) Possibly social media solutions
