Women’s World Banking Seeks Creative Agency

Women’s World Banking is seeking an agency for the Design and Production of Animated, Interactive and Printed Materials.

Women’s World Banking is seeking a creative agency to help produce a suite of creative materials, including collateral design and fabrication of a specialized promotional item, up to five animations, up to five digital infographics, and up to six print-friendly designed materials. The engagement will include designing and producing a portable physical display for the materials. This will be two distinct projects (as described below) to include planning, design and production in close collaboration with the Women’s World Banking team.

About the Projects

We are seeking a creative partner to work on two distinct projects. Agencies are invited to apply to one or both.

Project A: Custom “Leave Behind” Collateral

Project B: Suite of Creative Materials

Summary: Women’s World Banking is seeking a creative partner to plan, design and produce a suite of materials, including in-person display design that communicate key insights around four areas of expertise. The intention of these materials is to educate and inspire key stakeholders operating in the financial inclusion space. These materials, sharing a cohesive look and feel, must be designed with two different dissemination approaches in mind: 1) an in-person, interactive experience that displays these digital and print materials in a booth-style conference setting; and 2) online dissemination (website and social media) with download-ready print materials.

The suite of materials will include:

Preferred Qualifications: Creative agency must have expertise in creative storytelling through print and digital platforms, as well as experiential design, owning all the capabilities relevant for the core content pieces as described above.

Duration: Five-month engagement to be completed by October 1, 2017

Objectives & Responsibilities

The creative partner will deliver a timeline for execution that includes all major milestones throughout the duration of the project, including but not limited to content brainstorm and planning, style samples/wireframe, storyboarding, design rounds, development, and experiential display production (team may be asked to travel to international event for display construction). We expect the agency to be successful project managers and apprise us of any issues or budget concerns before they become a problem. We are a nonprofit working at the cutting edge of gender, technology and financial inclusion, so please provide work samples consistent with this identity.
