Finn Partners Acquires CCI

Nashville’s Corporate Communications Inc, was acquired by Finn Partners. Last year, Finn Partners acquired Lazar Partners, a IR shop, which became a part of its global health practice.

Sard Verbinnen & Co Acquires Oakhill Communications

The global strategic communications consultancy Sard Verbinnen & Co announced that it acquired Oakhill Communications, which is a UK-based communications and public affairs firm. The team at Oakhill Communications is going to co-locate and integrate within the existing London offices of Sard Verbinnen & Co.

ARPR Working With New Clients

The tech PR agency, ARPR, recently announced that it started working with three new clients, thus, expanding its portfolio as a tech PR agency that works with global tech leaders.

The recent addition of clients for ARPR include Cloverly, a sustainability-as-a-service API platform that helps businesses go green and carbon neutral; NetMotion, which is a software that provides security solutions to remote and mobile workers; and Paysend, a global end-to-end payment platform that provides fast and affordable digital money transfers to millions.

Ken Kerrigan Became VP of Infinite Global

The international communications and reputation management firm, Infinite Global, recently announced that communications veteran Ken Kerrigan became its vice president.

Ken Kerrigan has several decades of experience working with global PR agencies and firms and previously worked as a communications director at Ernst & Young. At Infinite Global, Ken will be advising professional services, legal and business consulting clients on their media relations strategies, issues management as well as stakeholder engagement.

Martin Montoya Named BCW Latin America President

The multinational integrated public relations and communications agency Burson Cohn & Wolfe (BCW) recently hired Martin Montoya as the president of its Latin American operations.

Montoya takes over the role of Jim Joseph, the global president of brand solutions before leaving the agency for the role of North America president of McCann Health. Montoya is going to be working from Sao Paulo, leading the agency’s 13 Latin American offices in order to strengthen the integrated offerings in this region, and will be reporting to the global CEO at BCW, Donna Imperato.
