The United Nations Development Programme office in Kosovo is seeking a branding agency for a community campaign on waste management and informal dumping in Gjakova / Đakovica Municipality.
The project aims to tackle the issue of informal dumps and gaps in waste management in the city of Gjakova / Đakovica. The problems will be identified and solved by a platform composed of all the stakeholders, i.e. local residents, municipality staff, CSOs. In order to reach out to the affected citizens and involve them in the meetings of the platform, social and traditional media will be used along with formal channels of spreading information about the events. Throughout the project, the branding of a campaign will be used to create awareness about the initiative and draw stakeholders to the meetings. The logo will appear on invitations for the events, promotional materials (such as pens, notebooks, textile shopping bags), and public medial outputs of the campaign.
Project Description

The overarching goal is to provide a pilot solution for the city of Gjakova/Djakovica to the issue of recurring informal dumping that poses a challenge for the whole of Kosovo.
Scope of Services, Expected Outputs and Target Completion
The objective of this RfP is to engage a design company to develop the design and branding of the campaign. The branding of a campaign will be used to create awareness about the initiative and draw stakeholders to the meetings. The logo will appear on invitations for the events, promotional materials (such as pens, notebooks, textile shopping bags), and public medial outputs of the campaign.
