The Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission is seeking a PR & advertising agency to efficiently inspire and educate Arkansas’ citizens to accept greater individual responsibility for improving and sustaining their community environment. The Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission consists of nine members appointed by the Governor and a three person staff. It is a division of the Arkansas Dept. of Parks and Tourism and serves as the State Affiliate for Keep America Beautiful, Inc., the nation’s largest community improvement organization, overseeing its programs and local Affiliates.

The successful agency will be determined by Commission vote at this meeting. In January, staff and the successful agency will work to complete the contract budget and to specify work assignments to insure flawless communications program transition at the start of the contract period.
