The Farmer School of Business (FSB) at Miami University wishes to gain insight on the FSB’s current perception by several different groups of stakeholders, including current students, faculty and staff, alumni, potential students and influencers. These insights will form the basis for a brand assessment and the development of a comprehensive brand strategy. The FSB desires a full scale competitive analysis to identify appropriate positioning and branding. Work will include, at minimum, the following tasks: ❖            On-Site and Remote meetings and conference calls with FSB as needed. ❖            Detailed work plan with timing, benchmarks and cost breakdowns. ❖            Competitive analysis and resultant positioning and branding recommendations. ❖            Creation of all qualitative and quantitative research instruments. ❖            Qualitative research including Individual Depth Interviews with all stakeholders noted above. ❖            Quantitative research (online surveys) with select audiences. ❖            Topline and detailed reporting including insights, perceptions and recommendations. ❖            Access to and ownership of all raw data. ❖            Development of a strategic branding plan detailing ideal brand positioning and strategic messaging framework.
