Brian G. Klein

Brian G. Klein is co-founder of Weinstein + Klein, a labor and employment and business law firm serving clients across New York and New Jersey. He built the firm on a contrarian premise — that legal counsel doesn't have to be dull, impersonal, or transactional — and counsels business owners and operators across real estate, medical services, e-commerce, and professional services. His standing among peers is unusual for a litigator: several of his former courtroom adversaries have since become clients.

Klein has been recognized in labor and employment law as a New York Super Lawyers "Rising Star" every year from 2017 through 2021, and elevated to the "Super Lawyer" designation from 2022 through 2024. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of New York, and the Southern District of New York.

Beyond his practice, Klein has taught as an Adjunct Professor at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, his alma mater, and his commentary has appeared in Eater and the International Business Times.

An active member of the New York, New Jersey, and New York City Bar Associations, he contributes to the New York City Bar Association's Committee on Labor and Employment Law. He holds a J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
