Havas Health & You is the healthcare and wellness communications network of Havas — the French advertising and communications group owned by the Bolloré Group. The network was unified under the Havas Health & You brand in 2019, consolidating previously disparate healthcare agency brands within the Havas structure. CEO Donna Murphy leads the network globally.

Havas Structure
Havas Health & You sits alongside Havas Creative Group and Havas Media Group as one of the three main divisions of Havas. Havas Red — the PR and communications network — integrates with Havas Health & You on campaigns requiring earned media, influencer, and communications capabilities alongside medical and commercial marketing programs.
Havas became an independent publicly traded company in December 2024 following its spin-off from Vivendi, listing on Euronext Amsterdam. The Bolloré Group holds a controlling stake.
