Integrate Agency — known until 2018 as Integrate Public Relations — is a Houston- and Austin-based digital marketing firm founded in 2009 by Allie Danziger. The agency was acquired by Wellington Group Marketing & PR in January 2018 and rebranded as Integrate Agency; in December 2023, Danielle Ryan was named CEO, succeeding Danziger, who departed to found Ampersand Professionals (acquired by Ascent Funding in 2024).

The Business Story

Allie Danziger founded Integrate Public Relations in 2009 in Houston after two years managing digital media for luxury real estate companies in New York. The original positioning identified a gap: businesses across Houston struggled to operationalize the still-new discipline of social media. IntegratePR built itself around integrating traditional public relations with social media execution. The 2012 PRSA Gold Excalibur Award for Excellence in social media, won for the Goode Company Barbecue Cyber Monday campaign that drove a 54% one-day increase in pie sales, was the defining early proof point.

The transformation arrived in January 2018: Wellington Group Marketing & PR — a digital marketing, branding and PR firm with offices in Houston and Austin — acquired Integrate Agency. The combined entity continued under the Integrate Agency name with Wellington's CEO Robbie Wright at the helm and Danziger as president. The acquisition expanded Integrate's services exponentially beyond pure PR into a full-suite digital marketing operator.

In 2021, Integrate acquired BriteIdea Marketing Group, founded and led by Danielle Ryan. Ryan joined Integrate as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, and on December 1, 2023, she was named CEO. Founder Allie Danziger had earlier departed to found Ampersand Professionals (an edtech upskilling platform) in 2020 — Ampersand was acquired by Ascent Funding in 2024.
